Week 1. Reflections: More things to learn

June 23, 23:01
Here I am again, half asleep half awake trying to think of a relevant useful and unforgettable experience during this day in the interactive classroom. Actually, almost all my life I liked to share all my thouughts with others. Now, in this particular situation it is a bit difficult. After creating this blog, I am thinking of how to make it more attractive and readable for more audience. The readings provided by Deborah gave me an overall understanding of useflness of blogs in ELT and comments made by other participants, specifically by Bostan from Kazakhstan, made me understand that there are so much more to learn from one another.
So, hoping for the best of the best.

P.S. Thanks for reading all above.

  1. Hi Liliya,
    nice to meet you online:-)

Just like you, I too have always believed that sharing thoughts and ideas with our peers can greatly help us to become better teachers and to develop professionally. However, I wouldn't agree that this is difficult in this particular situation. Unless you refer to teachers who don't have Internet access from their home/school every day, which of course is a serious obstacle.

But if you are able to go online, then blogging will open up a new world of possibilites to connect and collaborate simply and esily with like-minded teachers from all corners of the world.

And please don't worry about the attractiveness of your blog, it's the content that makes a blog special.
    All the best
    Arjana

  3. Hi Liliya,

I'm so happy to meet a wonderful person like you. I'm also fond of conveying and sharing ideas with others. Please, feel free to share your thoughts with us. We're ready to discuss them.

As Arjana said we focus on content not form. How to convey your thoughts in a meaningful way is our concern.

You konw I ask my students all the time to forget about any barrier and cross over the bridge. Just say what is inside them. Step by step, they are wonderful in expessing their ideas.

    Yours,
    Azhar
